The holidays bring out our creative spirit! While TinkerSpace is still unable to open our doors to our amazing community, we want to make our most popular Fall activities available to you to create as a family.
- Turkey Place-cards — This papercraft is accessible for all ages. Use these to make your family celebration special. Make one to cheer up a neighbor. Send them to family members that cannot join you … it will make them feel a part of your celebration.
- Polymer Clay Leaf — These leaves are beautiful on their own or they can be added to a wreath, centerpiece, or gratitude tree. The techniques you learn in this project can be applied to so many more.
- Sweater Pumpkin — Make one or go through your donate pile to see how many cute pumpkins you can make. This is an easy first sewing project, but it may take adult hand strength to keep the tension on your string.
- Woodland Creature Pennant Garland — Add to the festivities with these adorable woodland creature faces. This project allows kids (and adults) to think about defining features of their favorite animals and design them as they wish.

Cost:
The purchase price of the Fall Craft Kit is $35. (A savings of $20 over individual kits.) Members that have not used their member credit for the month may purchase the kit for $20.
Each kit makes 3 Turkey Place-cards, 2 Polymer Clay leaves, 1 sweater pumpkin, and a garland of 8 pennants and 7 acorns. If you wish to increase any of these numbers, additional materials may be added to your kit. [$2 / additional place-card, $4 / additional 1.5 oz polymer clay, $5 / additional pumpkin materials (excludes additional needle), $10 / additional set of 8 pennants and 7 acorns.]

What craft supplies do I need to have?:
Your kit includes almost everything you will need. Grab a pair of scissors, a pencil, a few colored markers, and a space to work. We’ll provide the rest!
We are HERE to Help
All Take-Home TinkerKits have instructions. But, TinkerSpace has always been about communal making experiences. Everyone at TinkerSpace works on their own project while receiving guidance from TinkerSpace staff and inspiration from other people’s work, With our Virtual Open TinkerTime, we’ve taken this idea to the Zoom platform. Set up your computer (or other Zoom capable device) at a work table, gather your supplies, and make with a community. TinkerSpace staff and other participants of the TinkerTime are available to offer advice and guidance and you can be inspired by what others are making.
