Each week, Saturday STEAM leads children ages 2- 6 and their families through process art projects. On November 20th, we’re painting with found objects. Members: $9 per child. Non-Members: $15 per child. Reservations Required.

Makers Open Studio – Get creative in your own way. Recommended for ages 6 – 15. The open studio times support our students in classes, giving them more time to practice what they are learning. It is also a time for the general public to drop in and make something. We have suggested projects (and their supplies) available each week or you may explore our supply wall to see what grabs your eye. Members: FREE. Non-Members: $20 for one child, $10 for each additional child. Each child admission includes one adult. No Reservations Needed.

Pumpkin Art Workshop – For ages 8+. Make two pumpkin-inspired art pieces. We’ll show you how to draw a lumpy-bumpy pumpkin and then introduce art techniques (trompe l’oeil wood, and oil pastel batik) to create two giftable pieces of art. Members: FREE. Non-Members: $20 for one child, $10 for each additional child. Each child admission includes one adult. (Admission includes the following Makers Open Studio time.) Reservations Recommended.

MotorWorks TinkerCamp – Drop off your budding engineer (8+) for three hours of motorized circuit fun. Each kit includes 3 motors (of various sizes) and batteries. Explore switches, propellers, direct drive, and simple gear systems as you make your creations GO! Members: $45. Non-Members $75. Reservation Required.

Cardboard House TinkerCamp – Drop off your designer (8+) for three hours of construction fun. All campers start with a basic cardboard house. Decorate, add furniture, and make dolls to live in the space. Members: $45. Non-Members $75. Reservation Required.

DIY Menorah Workshop – All Ages (younger children will need adult assistance). Make your own Menorah to celebrate Hannukah or learn about another culture as you create a work of art.  Members: FREE. Non-Members: $20 for one child, $10 for each additional child. Each child admission includes one adult. (Admission includes the following Makers Open Studio time.) Reservations Recommended.
