Ages 8 - 12 and Ages 10 - 15
Use upcycled materials, discover how mechanisms translate from project to project, learn techniques for precision measuring and cutting, experience the design cycle, all while making your favorite things. Realistic models, whimsical creations, games, toys, cosplay, what you make is up to you. Each week, we'll have a short lesson on a particular mechanism, material, or tool. Make one of our projects to explore the new idea or take-off on your own project. We emphasize tool safety while giving you the freedom to build your imagination.

Each week a new technique or medium is introduced. Participants work at their own pace. Projects may span several sessions. Cost: $25/session or $80/4 consecutive weeks. Members: 40% discount.
Guided TinkerTime - Engineering
Ages 6+
Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 -- Friday 2:00 - 3:00
Friday 4:30 - 5:30 -- Saturday 3:30 - 4:30
These classes are held while TinkerSpace is open to the public. Parents must remain on-site. These engineering challenges and projects are intended to be completed within an hour. Priority is given to those that have preregistered. Cost: Admission to TinkerSpace ($20 for the first child, $10 for each additional child, Free for Members).
Guided TinkerTime - Art

Saturday STEAM
Ages 2 - 6
Saturday 9:00 - 10:00
This is a parent participation class. Using rich activities to let our youngest guests explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), we will help you learn methods of questioning and modeling to nurture creative thinking in your child. Cost: $15 /session or $40 / 4 consecutive weeks. Members: 40% discount.

Field Trips
